Commercial Water Damage at Dentist

These pictures were taken at dentist office in Manteca where the water came from a broken water supply line.  The water had soaked into the carpet and under the walls into other rooms. The rooms needed to be dried to prevent mold and to allow them to open the business again. We were able to dry the walls and carpet without having to remove them by using air movers and two large dehumidifiers. The dentist office was astonished that they were able to open up for business so soon because they had expected that they would have to be closed for longer period of time.
