Hardwood above Crawl Space

This house in Manteca had a severe water damage in which water soaked through the walls, wood sub flooring and down in the crawl space below.

Before the drying process was started, we removed the insulation from the crawl space. To begin the drying process, we brought in a specialized desiccant dehumidifier that can remove water from difficult to dry porous objects like wood, brick and plaster wall. Air movers were also used to dry the wood sub flooring from the crawl space.
